Using TradePola

TradePola helps buyers find listings and contact sellers directly. Sellers are responsible for their listings and must be authorised to offer the goods they advertise. Use accurate descriptions, photographs, prices and contact information. Do not publish unlawful, misleading or infringing listings.

Agree directly with the seller

Confirm the exact product, condition, specifications, availability, final price, delivery and any warranty with the seller. Supplier catalogue information is a dated snapshot. TradePola does not collect payments, reserve stock or fulfil purchases.

Accounts and moderation

Keep your account secure and your listing information current. Sellers can edit or pause their listings and control WhatsApp inquiries. Listings may be blocked, removed or require administrator review. Outgoing email and online contact forms are disabled.
