Your TradePola account

You can browse without signing in. Google sign-in provides your name, email address and Google account identifier to create or access your marketplace account. It does not give TradePola access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts.

Listings and contact details

We store submitted listings and photographs. A seller’s name, listing details and the required public listing phone number are visible to visitors. WhatsApp is optional; an enabled listing may display a separate WhatsApp number selected by its seller. Buyers contact sellers directly, and TradePola does not collect payments.

Cookies and services

Session cookies support sign-in. Saved listings use your browser’s storage. Google handles its sign-in interaction under its own privacy policy. WhatsApp handles interactions you choose to open there. TradePola is hosted on JTC Dynamics infrastructure.

We use Statcounter to understand visits to public marketplace pages. Statcounter receives browsing information such as page addresses, referrers, IP addresses and browser or device details, and may use cookies. Account management, sign-in and listing submission or editing pages are excluded from this tracking. See Statcounter privacy information.

Retention and requests

Account and listing information is retained while you use the marketplace unless removed or needed for an unresolved support or legal matter. Outgoing email and online contact forms are disabled.
