Attach the torch securely in a well-ventilated area away from flames and sparks.
Check the connection carefully and do not ignite the torch if gas leakage is suspected.
Point the nozzle away from yourself, other people and flammable materials before ignition.
Press the ignition control and adjust the flame carefully according to the work being performed.
Extinguish the flame completely and allow the nozzle to cool before handling or storage.
